• Billing data: handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not store full card details.

2. How we use data

We use data to operate the Service, send the messages you configure, provide analytics, prevent abuse, and (where you enable AI features) generate opportunity scores, campaign drafts, or content — using only the data necessary for that purpose.

3. Third-party processors

We use third-party providers to deliver core functionality, including email delivery, SMS/WhatsApp delivery, payment processing, and (optionally) AI content generation. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.

We retain account and customer data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
